50 Ways to Improve Your Mental Health

I consider myself a pretty healthy person, knock on wood, but there is definitely room for improvement, highlighted in this article, for a healthier, mind, body, and soul.




1. You don’t breathe deeply.
It sounds simple, but studies show that taking deep breaths keeps you alert and relaxed. Make an effort to inhale and exhale for two to three counts each throughout the day.
