Researches were looking to find a way to stop men from reproducing and apparently, they turned to...pond scum? As it turns out, male sperm and pond scum move the same way and have similiar protein elements. Researchers at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, developed a way to stop algae from moving therefore, by developing a procedure to stop the movement of male sperm, it will prevent it from reaching the female egg. The pill for men is still in its embryo stage but it's still has a long ways to go before it's available to the public.
