Excel Growing Pains

Lately I've been working on improving my excel skills. I'm no "guru" by all means but I'm getting closer to becoming a Jeti in the excel world of programming. Sometimes, as I am working through VBA, this how I feel:

(copy and paste into excel)
=ADDRESS(10,238,4)&""&MID(ADDRESS(1,20,4),1,1)
