Reading B.I.F.

I have been reading about Canadian mining companies of late in various publications. Which brought me to think about the story about Bre-X gold scandal five or six years ago. I remember this stock going through the roof, reaching around$300+ dollars per share. Then, there was a series of weird bazaar incidents which brought the stock down all the way to zero. You can read the article here, but I remember some of the things going on with this company include, the lead geologist had a very high IQ who had a couple of mistress and eventually fell off a helicopter and died and there wasn't really any gold findings after all etc. etc. etc.
