Hedge Fund Jobs - Link
Obtaining a job position at a hedge fund can be difficult. The smaller hedge funds don't like to hire "outsiders," because they don't want to train that individual to one day use their strategies if they ever decide to leave the company. If hedge funds do hire, they typically like to hire individuals with superior math skills and/or portfolio management experience. This is not always the case with all hedge funds as there are hedge fund companies out there who are looking for the "right" candidate.
